5K Fun Run/Walk The Fun Run will take place early morning of Tuesday, September 9. Only 100 spots are available for this special, first time event at World Sleep. All proceeds from ticket sales and donations will go to the Christian Guilleminault Young Investigator Fund.
C-25: Cadaveric hands-on workshop at Changi General Hospital Organized alongside the Singapore Sleep, Allergy & Rhinology Conference (SARC), this full-day workshop features expert-led training in sleep-related surgeries and techniques. Group RegistrationHow do I submit a group registration? To submit a group registration you will need an online account with member.worldsleepsociety.org in order to complete the group registration form and receive an invoice. View the complete group registration policy through the below link. Group Registration Instructions Receive your Letter of Invitation from World Sleep Some World Sleep attendees will need to secure a Letter of Invitation from the conference organizer (World Sleep Society) in order to apply for a visa. You must already be registered for World Sleep 2025 in order to receive a Letter of Invitation. The Letter of Invitation must include your passport information. Please do not email your scanned passport or passport information to World Sleep Society. Please complete the secure request form on the World Sleep Society membership platform to submit your passport information. You should receive your letter within five (5) business days. Are speakers required to register? Yes. World Sleep Society does not provide honoraria to academic planners, committee members, co-chairs, or speakers. No individual involved in a CME activity may receive payments directly from a commercial interest, including honoraria, travel, out-of-pocket expenses or other payments. Read the complete policy.
Do you offer reduced rates for patient advocates? Yes. World Sleep welcomes dedicated patient advocates to the congress and offers a reduced registration rate of 50 USD. Ensure that you have a free online account with member.worldsleepsociety.org and then complete the request form (note: login required) to request a patient advocate registration.
Do you offer press passes? Yes. Credentialed journalists are welcomed to attend and report on the World Sleep congress. Please complete the following form: request a press pass.
What is the cancellation and refund policy? The official refund deadline for World Sleep 2025 has passed. Individuals who believe they have extenuating circumstances may submit a request for consideration. All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee following the conclusion of the congress. Please be advised that approval is not guaranteed, and decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Committee.
